Why haven't I received my Activation E-mail?

Summary
Some of our valued Freaky Pets customers are not receiving Activation E-mails! Oh no!!! Don't worry, we'll fix it for you!

 We're sorry if your activation e-mail went missing. Sometimes they accidentally get thrown away in spam or junk email folders and other times the Freaky Pets eat them before we can send them out. Thats okay though, we're able to fix this for you. We just need you to submit a support ticket to us. To do that, go up to the top button bar on this page...and mouse over the word "Help."

After the drop down menu appears click on Customer Support Tickets.

 

 

On the next page use your account information to fill out the various required information boxes as well as your reason for contacting us. In this case you would write that you have not received your activation e-mail. When you're all done, press the submit button.

 

And that should do it! This will send the Freaky Pets Player Support HQ the information we need to help you activate your account. Expect an email from us shortly after you do this confirming that we've received your support ticket. Soon there after you'll receive another email from us letting you know when your account has been activated.
