Adding a Free Item Code to your account...

IF YOU ARE ALREADY LOGGED INTO THE FREAKY PETS WEBSITE…

1. Click on MANAGE ACCOUNT at the top of your screen.
2. Click on REDEEM CODE
3. You can also access this by going directly to
   http://www.freakypets.com/parent_dashboard/YOURACCTNAME/redeem_code 
   But make sure to put your account name in the URL under YOURACCTNAME
4. Type in the code you were provided and click CONTINUE.
5. Once on the REDEEM CODE screen, simply enter the code into the blank field.
6. Click CONTINUE and enjoy!

If you are not logged into the Freaky Pets website yet,
or do not have an account...

Go to http://www.freakypets.com/enter_your_code and select the appropriate option. The options are as follows:

• “I HAVE A GAME ACCOUNT”
  (If you do not have an account yet, this option will not work for you.)

1. You will be asked to login using your Account Name, Password, and Freaky Hallmark Code. Since all necessary details are requested on the same screen, this is the swiftest option for adding your code.

• “I HAVE A PARENT ACCOUNT”

1. You will be asked to login using your parent account.
2. Once you have logged in, click on REDEEM CODE.
   
    
3. After you have entered your code, click CONTINUE.
4. Observe your CODE SUCCESS! If you receive an invalid message, there is a chance you already entered your code successfully. If you are sure you have not, please contact Customer Support by creating a ticket at http://www.freakypets.com/cs_tickets/new

• “I DON’T HAVE AN ACCOUNT”

1. You are taken to a new selection screen.
2. Select “I have a Freaky Pets Code” if you are a player, or select “I want to create a Parent Account” if you are a parent.
3. Follow the steps provided on screen. If you are a player, you will first be asked to provide your age, before entering your code.
