Hi there Freaky Pet Pals!
Well, if you're here then you're probably experiencing one of our most recently discovered issues when trying to play Freaky Pets.
Do you see this error dialog when trying to login to play?
If you see that error than it is possible you could be entering your information incorrectly, but it is also possible that you may be running into a known issue that some of our users have started experiencing lately.
Please follow the steps listed below to trouble shoot the issue and find the best resolution.
1. Try to login to your game account via the "manage account" function on the www.freakypets.com homepage. If you can login correctly here but receive the above mentioned error when trying to login to play the actual Freaky Pets game then you are most likely running into the previously mentioned bug. Skip to step number three below and follow the directions.
2. If you tried to login to your account via the "manage account" function on the www.freakypets.com homepage and could NOT access your account then you are more then likely entering incorrect information. Please confirm your login credentials, remember that passwords are case sensitive, and request a password reset if you still can't get into the game.
3. If you are experiencing our known issue where some users can access their account via the website but not the unity web player, please try the following:
